Next Saturday, June 21st, Arezzo will dive into its glorious past with the Giostra del Saracino, a historical reenactment that will leave you breathless. Knights in shining armor, flag-wavers, and a unique medieval atmosphere await you in Piazza Grande.

The Giostra is not just a spectacle, but a journey back in time, an immersion into Arezzo's centuries-old traditions. You will witness an exciting historical parade that precedes the actual joust, where knights from the four quarters will compete for the Golden Lance.

After the adrenaline of the Joust, treat yourself to a delicious break. Arezzo's historic center offers authentic trattorias where you can savor typical Tuscan cuisine. We recommend Antica Osteria Agania, Il Cantuccio or L'Oceria Francescana, renowned for their traditional dishes and welcoming atmosphere. 

If you want  to "feel the vibe" you can attend the famuos Cena Propiziatoria in one of the four quarters the night before on Friday 20th June.
