The 4 Valleys of Arezzo – 48 Hours in Valdichiana


Explore the authentic soul of Valdichiana: ancient villages, art, landscapes and local flavors.


Day 1:


Morning: Walk through Cortona (main square, cathedral, Etruscan Museum). Take in the view from Santa Margherita.


Afternoon: Visit Castiglion Fiorentino’s Archaeology Museum and San Francesco Church. Relax at Chianciano thermal baths.


Evening: Enjoy a wine tasting dinner in Montepulciano. In summer, join the Torrita Blues Festival or open-air food events.


Day 2:


Morning: Discover the medieval towns of Foiano and Lucignano, rich in churches and local museums.


Afternoon: Panoramic drive through vineyards and olive groves, wine tasting at Ravazzi. Try local gelato in Sinalunga and meet craftspeople.
